How do I hire the Palace Green Pavilion?
The Palace Green Pavilion Trust is currently raising funds for the refurbishment of the Pavilion and its grounds. The hire of the Pavilion is at the discretion of the Trustees.
Important Note: Those who wish to hire the Pavilion must understand that the Pavilion, in its current condition, does not meet statuatory requirements of a community building. In particular, the roof occasionally leaks and the kitchen facilities are basic and limited. New toilets were installed in July 2011.
How Much Does the Hiring of the Hall Cost?
A donation is suggested in the booking form, which covers the cost of heating and electricity. Please see below.

When is it available?
All bookings need to be clarified with the Scouts, as they have priority over bookings and may have additional meetings to what is outlined in the timetable. Please see below.

What do the Rooms Look Like?
The Palace Green Pavilion comprises of the Main Hall, Billiard Hall and Meeting Room and its grounds.
Main Hall
This room is approximately 11m x 5m in size.
The Billiard Hall
The room is approximately 8m x 5m in size.

The Meeting Room
This room is smaller than the two halls and can accomodate up to 10 people.
The Enclosed Grounds
A marquee can bet set up in the grounds. This can be hired from the 5th Berwick (Holy Trinity) Scouts. For more information, please contact us.
